About the Role
Nonrel Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead the planning, development, and delivery of enterprise software solutions. The successful candidate will manage development teams, oversee software projects, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and clients to define technical requirements and project deliverables.
- Establish development standards, coding practices, and software quality assurance processes.
- Review system architecture and recommend scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Manage Agile/Scrum development activities, sprint planning, and project timelines.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
- Guide the adoption of cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and AI-powered development tools.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with security, performance, and quality standards.
- Mentor software engineers and provide technical leadership and career development.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Prepare technical documentation, project reports, and executive presentations.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to ensure system reliability and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Experience with modern programming languages, cloud platforms, and enterprise application development.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and software architecture.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
